T-Mobile customer service screwed me
Monday, June 19th, 2006The main objective of this post is to inform the public that T-Mobile is a dishonest, money-grubbing corporation with no respect for their customers, and no interest in taking action to correct their mistakes. I’ll be dropping as many keywords as I can in an effort to attract readers, search results, and links to this page. Just the act of venting in a public forum will be enough to release the tension my cell phone service provider has caused me. And if I can convince just one other person to look elsewhere for their next wireless service, my efforts will all seem worth it. (more…)
